Start-server will use the custom config (in the same folder) if you've made one.
steam-friends has a default option to allow your steam friends to join the server via steam.
I think steam-private enables steam support, but sets the lobby to invite only.

You can cheese the destroyer by going about 150-200 blocks above ground, and just attacking it with something that has good range until you win, it won't be able to reach you just the probes, and random mobs will be. Up to you to cheese it.

If you got too high up it will be able to reach you tho.

you can use either the philosphers stone or charm of myths

either one will reduce potion sickness bty 25% but they dont stack

The trick is to make sure you survive the cooldown. Frozen shield and brain of confusion help a lot with this

If you're melee, you can swap the brain for worm scarf, 17% damage reduction, boosted to 42% damage reduction if under 50% hp

Add an endurance potion for an extra 10%

Not much bullets available then, just normal, silver/tungsten and meteor. Iirc, the arms dealer sells silver/tungsten bullets either at night or during blood moons, I really don't remember in which instances. Those are 2 dmg stronger than normal bullets, and minishark having a high firing rate makes that worth the extra cash

Also equip a shark tooth necklace and its upgrade (they stack), you'll have 5 armor penetration, might not sound like much, but fast weapons like minishark make it count

There isn't much, as the first major magic item is found in the dungeon.
Mana Flower is a good option all game.
Mana Regeneration (Band of Star Power) Band and it's upgrades are also very useful to have, if your in a Crimson world, you should be able to build a Graveyard, and craft Panic Necklace into Band of Regeneration. Don't remember the furniture needed to craft it though.
Mana Regeneration Band on it's own, I wouldn't say is viable, though it's upgrade is very cheap, requiring the Band of Regeneration and a Shackle to get to the third upgrade

Make him dash sideways at you, jump over, and either get on the ground before he dashes again, or keep going up so he goes under you again. This is easiest with a double jump, but you can do it with wings too.

Well 5 living trees in a world isn't that rare, even non drunk worlds can generate that much consistently

3 sword shrines is pretty rare tho

Iirc, just one is 16%

Apparently for 3 it's 0.004% chance, if those 16 were correct
