Yeah in Calamity they make zenith a super post-moonlord weapon instead of being able to have it right after moonlord

Also you'll want to enjoy all the pre-moonlord bosses fighting them at the correct time in the progression instead of blazing through them with zenith

I like building cool bases, but also, I dislike starting a new game and not having NPC homes. (Already having a chest system made and ready to be filled with items, rather than having to make it anew, would also be convenient.)
So, I thought, perhaps I can generate a world, fill it with some cool builds, a chest system, maybe some items hidden here and there in the world, and use that for a playthrough? Maybe upload it to the Steam workshop for other people to enjoy?

And then I thought: am I the first person to have an idea like this? Has anybody else done that before?

step 1: smash lots of evil altars (leave 1 for crafting) with the pwnhammer you got from WoF
step 2: use your molten pickaxe to mine cobalt/palladium
step 3: use cobalt/palladium to make a new pickaxe
step 4: use cobalt/palladium pickaxe to mine mythril/orichalcum
step 5: use mythril/orichalcum to make a new hardmode anvil and a new pickaxe
step 6: use mythril/orichalcum pickaxe to mine adamantite/titanium
step 7: use adamantite/titanium to upgrade your hellforge and to make new armour

sky fracture is great and meteor staff is decent for crowds of enemies above ground and worms, if you are on a crimson world you could go for golden shower (very useful debuff) and life drain (great crowd control), in a corruption world you can get clinger staff which is a very good support weapon

nimbus rod is another useful support weapon for extra damage
