Nights edge is quite crazy for wall, especially if you spend the time to make an area to smoosh the eyes together. Also, using nights edge with golf cart lets you add more dmg accessories. Also also you can use a shield to ignore knockback, plus nights edge is great for keeping hungries off you. also also also, imp statue for imp banners makes the fight a fair bit easier if you cant dodge.

Well, lets see. If you can aim, you dont use chloro bullets, you can use crystal, and a lot of the prefered high dmg weapons tend to be shotguns. Lots of mage weapons are easier to be effective with up close. Summoner has to be closer than actual melee classes because whips are a thing.... and melee does more dmg being in contact range instead of just projectile.

interestingly, i actually get the best gameplay when the fps on my monitor is capped to 60. when i do this, entering the glowing mushroom biome doesn't make it feel like i have a potato pc when my pc should definitely be able to handle it.

so yeah its not ideal, i'd definitely like to run at 144, but the gameplay is actually the smoothest here and i dont have any graphical issues related to the graphics running faster than the games internal game loop.
