Use Soaring Insignia instead of boots, and Empress Wings. I'd personally just go for Papyrus Scarab, Pygmy and a movement or defensive accessory instead of Necromantic Scroll, but that's another great option.

If you're just before the Moon Lord, she shouldn't be much of an issue with a proper arena now, not even on Expert, at least during nighttime. At daytime (instant kill, bypasses dodges, faster attacks), she drops a special minion if all damage to her is dealt during the day.

The Firecracker multiplies the next minion hit by 2.75x. Couple that with a large Stardust Dragon that already deals hundreds of damage on its own and won't be getting its boost stolen by other minions, and you've got a recipe for destruction.
