Finch staff did the 2nd best for me when I tested it with snapthorn/spinal tap. It actually beat the time of every other P-HM summon besides fire imp by 10s. Finch staff + snapthorn/spinal tap takes only 1m 32s, which is only 8 seconds faster than I did with fire imps. So weird.

Maybe it got lucky on that 1 run or maybe them being fast actually mattered

Melee: Terrablade, true nights edge, paladin hammer. Probably easiest ways to kill pre golem.
Ranged: guns: onyx blaster, mega shark bows: daedalus stormbow with holy arrows, marrow/phantom phoenix if you actually wanna aim.
Mage: rainbow rod, spirit flame, spectre staff. All home, no aiming needed.
Summoner: bladestaff/sanguine staff+durendal+firecracker with obsidian armour or hallow armour.

That's a few standard ones. Really though so many weapons are viable. Melee actually has several more that are pretty damn good on it too

Cpu and gpu aren’t amazing, it’s overkill for terraria but won’t run new triple a games, 500gb ssd isn’t much storage space i recommend having a terabyte or 2 of Hdd with 256gb of ssd

For general long term use 16gb of ram is preferable. If you don’t know much about computers you could consider joining a pc building discord rather than asking in terraria

yeah you would just need a feral claw and the hoik system, should kill it eventually. Main thing is getting the hoik made properly and making it so goblins aren't a possibility in the world (just dont break an orb), and then yeah 100% doable would just take a few hours 😛

So theoretically you can kill it with any weapon

Tshock (a multiplayer server software) does have plugins for this by the way. (Think that might only be for mobile crossplay tho)
