Use the wiki to see things needed for a boss summoning item and go to the required crafting bench or you seek them out. King slime is slime rain, kill 100 slimes first time to spawn him, eye of cthulhu can appear at night when you've got 200+ health. You need to destroy crimson or corrupted hearts for the brain or eater, queen bee gotta find a hive and then there's a pretty obvious thing to destroy

It was this. But I changed the robe and hat to the full jungle. Then I swapped out the brain for a lucky horseshoe balloon for double jump and negate fall damage
