Hello, I restarted Terraria on xbox and impossible to switch to azerty, all the other games are in azerty but Terraria always detects in qwerty.

Rebind the keys in Xbox, if possible. The thing is, Xbox isn’t designed for KBM, it’s designed for controller, and for those with KBM, it’s primarily designed for QWERTY

A great solution is to simply remind keys In Game in settings
