well, there are 2 ways to host a terraria server, one is by port forwarding and one is by vpn (which is zerotier one)
for the zerotier one thing, you need to go to their main website and make an account there, then proceed to make a network there (remember to make is public instead of private)
after that, copy the network id and add it in your zerotier app
