I made a Strategy for the Tier 2 Old One's Army.

I use Ballista and Squire Set.
Then I use lava to damage myself.
Then I use Honey to remove On Fire Debuff and regain back my HP.

With this, I get the Ballista Panic Buff.

Very good for farming Medals.
