Touch a lady bug use a gnome statue and sip a luck potion. It should help. Torches give a little a galaxy pearl is optional. From what I remember luck is a number value. Lesser luck potion is +.1 a luck pot is .2 greater is .3 you can also throw a coin in shimmer. The grade of coin(copper gold) gives more luck there's no point in going over 1.0 in your luck stat.

Technically you can. If you open a multiplayer lan world on your phone consoles can connect if they on the same WiFi. Otherwise if it's still a thing you used to be able to use t-shock plug-in to cross play PC and mobile. Terraria doesn't have native cross play. The only true cross play it was is between iOS and Android(note the PC player needs the plugin to allow mobile access to their server)
