So u place a chest. U put the items in it. Save and exit the world. Load back up and take items out of chest and save but before it saves completely close the game. Then reload the game

Look on Pinterest, copy how people hammer blocks too make different style looks. Try and make weird shaped symmetrically on both sides, also join #terraria-creations

Try and make support beams instead of perfect square houses, leave room for windows etc

Roofs can make any square house look good, so copy how people make good roofs

Play on journey mode so you have infinite building material, and try building animals and dragons so you can get a feel for how natural shapes look and it'll let you build with inspiration instead of perfection
