Scratch projects are sb3 files when saved on your computer. Rename the extension from .sb3 to .zip and it can be decompressed. Inside the ZIP archive, there will be a project.json file containing all of the project's code and some text information about costumes, sounds etc. (SVG files are vector images, PNG are bitmap images, WAV or MP3 for sound etc). On the scratch website, if the project.json size is equal to or over 5Mb then you cannot upload it to the website (Server gives an error message and it doesn't save), if below, it can be uploaded. The project.json in the meme is 4.99Mb, just below the 5Mb limit
