You can sign up for TFM with your school email, because it doesn't send you any emails, but if you try to reset your password or change something that requires a confirmation code sent to your email, that might be the cause of your problem

If you are normally a EN player, click on the yellow names on the right of your screen and see if any of them have a rank called EN

If you are normally a BR player, repeat the process but see if they have a rank called BR
