@shell sierra You can try complaining but no one will care. Last year I had situation where I got incorrectly banned for cheats. Mod who banned me told me I was using speedhack even if I didn't. I tried asking others mods for help and they all had similar answers "talk to mod who banned u" .
Mod told me "it's your word against mods word". It was Cate (don't take it as attack) and I agree with that what cate told me. Your word means nothing against mods word in short. Even in situation where you are right and they are not.

Defending them is just asslicking. Tens of mods are extremely unprofessional. For example rule of only speaking English in EN rooms is very stricly forced on players, and on my eyes I saw 2 foreign moderstors having long conversation on foreign language in EN room 🙃

the context: if the mod has proof, if the mod saw you hack, you can argue all you want, but the mod who banned you has the final word. other mods weren't there to witness it, so it probably won't help reaching out to other mods if we've already redirected you to the one who banned you

About mods banning for hack I think it's not even worth talking anymore. A lot of mods never played racing/bootcamp. A lot of mods are struggling with their walljump. This same mods are determining if player is using cheats or not 🙃

Right so, I am really tired of constantly sending messages here and no one batting an eye, I mean I get it that there are lots of people like me out there but my patience is ending months ago my account willingly got put on a safety ban because I thought my account was hacked but really it was just my brother who had played without telling me so i went to atelier and sent a message to get my account back and I waited, I got no email until I asked again over here and @stray lark helped me ask an admin, so just last week i get the Unban email which I reply correctly, BECAUSE it is my own account, and today I get a reply, saying my information is incorrect.
