Have you talked to another mod? If you think a specific mod placed an unfair mute or ban, you can always ask another mod to check on it. Going directly to the contact form is fine too, but it can be faster sometimes to talk with someone directly.

honestly, i really like this game, mechanics and creating fun character outfits, but at the same time it's so crazy that the amount of "support" in cases like this the staff can offer to the victims is telling them to make a new acc
like this game has been getting new updates regularly through all these years, and there's still no proper block feature, as the "ignore" feature is literally that, it only stops DMs and all other kinds of communication (like gifts, cards and even having someone on friendlist and checking if they're online) are open
anyway, looking at this from today's perspective, it clearly seems that the developers only care about making more money and don't seem to care at all about things like user safety?
idk, but... yeah, if it can't be resolved, then clearly it's not a game i want to invest any more of my time into

Hi! I'm experiencing a serious issue with the game.
When the map timer reaches 00:00, I’m not sent to the next map. I remain stuck in the previous one, while the chat works for about 2 minutes and then stops. I can still move around, but everything else freezes — it's like I'm disconnected from the server, but the game doesn't close.

- I’ve already restarted my router and my PC.

do mods just log on and go afk in game??? i constantly see mods online and my reports do not get handled in a timely manner. i try to whisper them and whispers are disabled. i understand that mods are people too but this is a CONSTANT. within the time it takes them to finally respond to the report, i will not be online and will not be able to know if the report has been handled. having whispers disabled as a mod is just :/ :/ if reports were handled in a timely manner people wouldnt have to constantly whisper them about issues. im just extremely frustrated. whenever something like this is brought up the response given is "mods are human too" which i get but when its a constant of reports not being handled in a timely manner, not knowing if the report ever was handled because i have to log off before a mod gets to it, and mods having whispers on silence and being afk in game frequently.... i am frustrated.. i know that they'll get to the report eventually but the thing is ill never know how it was truly handled. did the player get banned? muted? and when i constantly have to wait like this and end up never getting a response, frustration is expected. why go on and afk all the time if you're a mod??????? theyre supposed to help the players

the user was asked to use the /report command and then the /ignore command so they wouldn't have to read the insulting messages while the issue wasn't dealt with
