Hi, a week or two ago my password started not working. I've had this account since 2016 and I've already had the opportunity to play several of the games offered by atelier 801, I've also had the opportunity to buy quite a few strawberries and today my password no longer works. I'm the only account holder, and I have proof in my mailbox that the account is associated with my email address.
However, although I'm sure that the password is correct, when I try to change it, an error message tells me that the email is invalid.

Hello, previously my account was banned for an inappropriate name and it was unbanned approximately 1 or 2 weeks ago and I could not recover it since I did not know its name and now I have the account # but when I try to recover it with the email it tells me that the information is invalid
