1- You can change your name for free if you created your account before the # system . If you want to change it again (or you've created your account after # system) you need to purchase a name change with 1500 fraises.

The default tag for accounts before the tag system is 0000, try that unless you used your name change, then either log in with your associated email, make a new account then look yourself up on the forum or ask someone to look up your username

I sent all the information on the same day. Well, it has been over two weeks since then, never got an answer from Lionelle again. I know the process might take a while, so three days ago I sent a request to inform me about the process of verification, but still nothing. I just wanna delete the account quickly, but I feel like instead of waiting, I am just being ignored. I just wanna know whom should I ask for help, I don't want to spam the tfm admin gmail with emails..
