deli + i just waned to provide explanations for why the change occurred.
since it was due to farmers changing the map rotation, ultimate conclusion was to revert it back to 3 or unmodified rooms... since those werent an issue, and lower it from 11 in modified rooms

i forget who, but the 1 person with an 8 mouse room screenie also helped make a case for lowing the cap
