How do I make custom levels?

ok so i opened the level and I got theexact same error, so it's an error with the level itself cuz it's looking for a file on a directory that doesn't exist

I mean, you can play the ones available now, but sure. You can downpatch the game, but make sure to download the corresponding version of angry. Try comparing the update dates for the game and the mod

Hey,so i need some help with thunderstore mods,everytime I launch mods,it basically just says launching via steam,but I dont have it via steam,and I tried adding it to my library,but steam just refuses to work on my device,no matter what.i set thunderstore to launch the file I have ultrakill on directly,instead of steam.any ways to fix?
I also heard you can add the mods directly,and if anyone has a guide to do that,I'd greatly appreciate it.

- Quite recent and early in development
- Meant as an "easier" but less powerful alternative to Rude
And the result is lack of documentation, and lack of expert map makers using it (because they're all using Rude instead)

Check the pins. You use this thing called Vanity Reprised to generate a Unity project basically. And since it's a Unity project you get access to everything Unity has to offer. It's definitely harder to use but much more polished

It only shows up for levels that are modified by FENTOKILL (0-1 & 7-4). It cannot differentiate between all the different settings and modifiers fentokill has. This is half because it would take way too long to get that working and half because I technically only have 64 possible flags a run can have (flags like if cheats were used or if the secret was completed are all stored together in the same INT, this is done to save space in the database). I want there to be plenty of run flags to go around for other mod.
Also there will be a setting in plugin configurator to remove the FENTOKILL dropdown so that people who dont really care for difficulty mods dont have it cluttering up their ULTRASTATS.

or you can have a single root folder with everything custom in it

its not an ultrakill exclusive thing so the only thing it should be really affected by is unity versions which nearly never change

because you can't have anything nice in this world
As it turns out, picking up the double weapon power up doubles the amount of enemies in the last room, which becomes pure enemy spam. So I gave up on that powerup when I understood how it worked and finished in 4 tries.
This level's cool, and EXTREMELY polished, especially when it comes to the terminals. It does manage to be harder than the hardest levels in the main game, but also manages to be more creative. The blue skull path is a more traditional approach to the game but the red path is clearly the best. The rooms are challenging yet fun to beat, especially that one room with a circle of cerberi, and that one room with a HM and 4 sentries that references P-2. The whiplash parkour section is clearly the highlight of this level to me since I feel like orbs are under-used in the game, and it also looked cool as fuck (props to the new orb too, adds some necessary difficulty). Since the level takes place in Heresy's environment, it has a lot of options when it comes to decoration yet still manages to nail them all imo. However, there are some issues that hold back this level. First of all, the level is really long, which is not an issue in itself, but becomes an enabler for repetitiveness, and I think that's because no enemies from Act III were used. The blue path is a bit dull compared to the rest of the level, and even the last room can feel like enemy spam. Moreover, the mechanic of doubling all the enemies of the last room when picking up the double weapon powerup isn't explained so you have to figure it out. And when you don't, which was my case for like an hour, the room feels extremely unfun because it turns into pure enemy spam. No, I don't want to fight 8 mindflayers and sentries while 4 idoled hideous masses spam the arena with shockwaves (although the 500 drones are kinda funny). Lastly, the level is a bit dark sometimes, which holds back the decoration of the level since you can't really see it. Anyways, great level overall, I'd say it's an 8 out of 10.

I also just understand that you are told about the enemies being doubled, I was just too stupid to understand. I thought it meant that this was the third powerup of the level and that I had missed one
Still, I think it's an odd way to implement the double weapon powerup since it's stated that enemy spam isn't intended
doesn't really feel like a reward either for beating both paths, but I'm fine with that since the level is meant to be the hardest of all
while still being balanced
Is it ACTUALLY the hardest level though? Eeeeh maybe? Making custom enemies and bosses is way too janky for it to be effective, but the prime sanctums kinda manage to cap it all with Minos and Sisyphus. I'd say this level is like a Heresy Encore if the Encores were to include part of the prime sanctums, which maybe they will, who knows (I hope they do I'm so hyped for the encores which is one of the reasons why I love this level even if it's not made to be a Heresy encore)

unity has CanvasScaler and other stuff that auto adjusts UI elements for different screen resolutions, so doing things by pixel is probably not very practical

you can get more space by clearing the temp folders, emptying the recycle bin, using WizTree (or any other disk analysis program) to see what is taking up the most space

Hello hello, I bought game, I know it has amazing music and I am a music guy. I REALLY am hoping there is a mod that adds the ability to see a little overlay to my game that shows me the name of the current track so I can learn the names of the songs as I play through the game so I can easily find the ones I really like on spotify later. I found cybergrindmusicexplorer because I think that has what I want. But for no reason I can fathom f4 WILL NOT open the menu for it in game?! and it's driving me mental. Anyone know why? Or is there an alternative mod that isnt broken.

(my old pc username is Nitro (the one it demands), new one is Yarik (the one it has to be), deniz seems to be the username on the developer's pc)
