I wonder what NSO GameCube game we’ll get this month. Mario Sunshine, Pokemon Colloseum, and Pokemon Gale of Darkness have been confirmed, but we just don’t know when.

Now that I think about it, Pokemon anniversary is this month and the Mario movie is coming up. I think they’ll go for the Pokemon games.

And Shadow Labyrinth combines a lot of previously established lore stuff. They namedrop the UGSF directly, there's characters from the Bosconia colony, and the main villain and the name of the planet are from another UGSF game (which I won't spoil)

I was originally going to get the Virtual Boy, but I just can’t do it out of principle. It’s one thing to sell an old device for such a high price of $100 (and yes I’m aware of the cardboard version), but you mean to tell me that I also have to have a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack membership?

I have that membership, but the idea of not being allowed to use my $100 device unless I pay for a $50 yearly plan just doesn’t sit right with me.

I’m using houndoom rn, high special can switch in on ghost maybe psychics like alakazam but very frail still. Decent speed. I would’ve used numel if it could’ve learned self destruct/explodion lv up in game but it can’t, slow and 4x weak against water

So for most shadow Pokémon if you wanna see the nature with the fastest results, have 9 vivid scents before hand, I forget how much they cost but they are a bit more high end, you only need to lower the bar to like half way to find the nature.

As far as gardevoir goes, I feel like it would be better to wait for Starmie, but you can still raise one or whatever you want

Because sure adapting the Pokemon is fine, but the problem is that since XY, Game Freak puts a new universal gimmick in each generation to spice up things, so trying to adapt the new one is a very complex thing

Megas work because it actually is easy to translate, but Z Moves, Dynamax, Teralistilazion, and whatever WiWas have, that’s far more difficult to import

Just look at all the Rare titles that didn't see Virtual Console re-releases, but got Xbox 360 ports

And the Gamecube era had Baten Kaitos Origins and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles

Hell, even in the modern day, Nintendo publishes a ton of Square Enix stuff that later gets released elsewhere, like the Live A Live remake and the Bravely Default series

All it really takes is some getting used to. It’s just simply a shock of how drastically different the design is from all the past other designs. This is a similar case to DK’s design change. The reception started off bad, but once people saw more of him, it became a norm.

This won’t be the last time people will be shocked at new designs. Prepare for more series to also go through these kinds of changes in the era of the Switch 2.

That leak was made a year ago, and I still follow it to this day. Every n64 game announced by Nintendo was spot on, and it lines up with this. Every game starting with Forsaken 64 was already talked about in that leak. And just now, Donkey Kong 64 got released, and it once again lined up with the leak. I'm still going to follow it, lol.

As somebody who’s beaten the whole series numerous times, 100% there’s walkthroughs, English patch walkthroughs, speedruns which isn’t even manipulating anything I believe
