anyways it's just impossible to consistently defend a good player at 4+ hits on a peak, let alone defending just once, that's like saying a home base is impossible to get 75+% ^^ Sure when you run the base in bronze league it will defend, doesn't mean it's good. capital matchmaking not being skill based, you get hit by litteraly anyone, and because most clash players suck, they do very bad on any base they face, like bronze league players

ive got a pretty good (reliable) strat for dh2 bw
default base
2 rams bottom box to trigger the logs and break the wall, 1 ram top box to break the wall and trigger both logs
then 4 giants 3 swiz + heal to the bottom box, the giants usually go north east to the top box, i add a cannon cart to support the giants while the swiz goes down and takes the spear launcher and probably the ad
use a barb to clear the houses at 2 o clock of the dh, then snarcher the cannon
use the rest of my snarchers to take out the multi cannon and send a pekka in to do what it can
thats attack 1
attack 2 is snarchers to the 3 o clock corner to take out bombs, ad and tesla, then 1 ram to the blast bow (snarcher any extra defences before), then once that corner is cleared out, send snarchers to take out the rapid rockets
meanwhile ff to the 3 o clock corner and by the time ur done with the blast bow side the ff should be clearing out the 6 o clock corner (zap the ad in the corner to help)

Try to take out as many dragons as possible first attack, with giants to tank, inferno drags to melt the drags, or archers rage if there are multiple drag posts together/with many ADs around. You can zap drag posts and lure the dragons across the map to take care of them.. second attack either first finish the few drags left (preferably 1 or less) and then hogs heal often work nice. Main defenses to heal from are the bomb towers and BB.

No, matchmaking below 1600 upgrades is based on your own upgradea, I think you mostly match clans that have +-40 upgrades or so both on offense and on defense
Above 1600, matchmaking is randomised for all clans there, so you could also face entirely maxed out clans
But the trophies currently don’t influence the matchmaking
