I agree the this version of Rythm is very clunky. For example, compared to Fredboat I can queue a song almost instantly with /play song then have the bot join the VC.
With Rythm I need need to switch to the VC interface to access the activity menu, go to the songs list, hit search, hope the song exists and search, queue it, hit exit, and then it will play.

The Rythm bot does not directly play any music. The bot functions as a remote control for the activity, so you can control what happens inside the activity using it! If you disable the activity permissions, they will not be able to use the bot commands. Hope that helps!
