I just got one, myself. I've got yet to use it past initial setup, but it's pretty damn cool so far. I didn't even know it has full mixed reality support, I just went in mostly blind

Since it has hand tracking, I don't have to swap the controller batteries before every play session (I use rechargeable AAs and they die so quick in the Rift S controllers)

i use a curve for my fans and since i connected them through the extension that's hidden in one of the tubes, it all uses just one fan cable so the pump ends up being controlled by the same curve

So, i was bored and got 5 cards off of FB marketplace for a really cheap price. One of the cards is an R9 280X and i was kinda excited to try this one out. I put it on, install the drivers, all good so far. Then i launch a Heaven Benchmark, was looking good, temps under 60C and... white screen and the monitor turns off... strange. I reboot it, decide to give Far Cry 5 a chance, couple minutes in and it's looking good and... gray stripes and again, monitor turns off. At that point it refused to even boot in, so now i am left wondering - is the card faulty or is it just the AMD drivers acting up? When i had my 270X, i had similar issues, although nowhere near as frequent. Perhaps a modded driver could help?

both hdmi arc and optical add like 100-150ms of sound delay which is unacceptable for gaming, but if it's not for gaming then hdmi arc supports more audio channels than optical (5.1 and probably more, and also all the software enhancers like dolby atmos)

i resorted to using aux with a usb sound card next to the soundbar bc that way the audio delay is nonexistent almost

So with 100-150 ms sound delay can it be bypassed by connecting the coaxial to the receiver amplifier where all the other speakers are connected
