I forget the usual ambient Temps he has in there because it does vary video to time of year and such. But he states it in his videos.

When i first built my pc i enabled xmp but it wouldn't run at 3200mhz when i looked in task manager. A few days later it started running at 3200mhz without me doing anything and then week later half my ram was system reserved. I still have no idea what the issue was because i thought it was windows but apparently it fixed itself as i was trying windows which was install on another drive. Months later i would randomly start having 95% ram usage with absolutely no trace of what was using my ram no matter how deep i dig. Then i started running into blue screens which i never got time to read the screen to see the error. Recently i got 2 blue screens in 1 day and they both were memory errors because i was actually present those times. Finally now i cant run any demanding games because it crashes my gpu drivers.
Also not forgetting xmp no longer works and my pc reboots 3 times after enabling it and leaving the bios so it runs at 2133mhz

My bios has always been the latest version and it is manually set to 2133mhz which is the base speed. Also if i remember correctly even slightly raising the ram clock speeds causes boot loops when leaving the bios. But nothing has happened until xmp last worked until recently when i first started seeing my ram usage at 95% then it got worse from there

If it's any good news, the GPU drivers crashing probably can be fixed easily if you're not using an iGPU. What CPU do you have, and does your board give you an SOC or IMC voltage option in the overclocking section? Uncommon in 2023, but my 2600 can't get anywhere without a slight voltage boost
