Awesome.... So Im trying to get the hang of installing mods. So, I've added cars folders that contain the dlc.rfp to the dlcpacks folder and added an XML reference in the dlclist.xml. When I open the console in Rage Plugin and type the code "spawn Chr20" as directed in the mod I get an error saying it cant spawn the object and gives a hash.

First off, is there any real difference in loading it in the /mods/ dir rather than GTA root other than risk?

or should it load from either as long as its done correctly?
