Coquette D10 Pursuit (police corvette) has red and blue on the front bumper, but they dont light up the area.
It also has lights in the windshield covers, they dont have good looking "rythms" and also dont light up the area.

But given the higher top speeds to the niobe,stinger, and banshee, it would make sense to use the longer stretch of roads. People dont only race on the airport/feild. vigilante no boost is just a bullet, vigilante with boost, falls short under the niobe. This adds to the conditions of the environment I mentioned earlier. Location is part of that environment
