I propose a complete rework upgrade, like the Insurgent Pick Up Custom to the Pick Up

As for vehicle performance, not the weapons and their changes:
Its armor gets increased from whatever it is now(Its less than 1 explosive, more than 0, quite odd)
Its windows get reinforced glass to match the Armored Karuma.
Its stats get increased all around.
Speed goes from 112 mph to 130.
Weight from 1400kg to 2200kg.
AWD's power division more evenly speads power to the frotn and rear wheels.

As for the idea of the tampa getting a buyable upgrade like the insurgent
It would cost a bit, like 750k to get the "Super Weaponized Tampa."
Its stock weapon is a Dual Mini Gun, slightly stronger than that of the Weaponized Tampa.
It comes with the same RPG(x20)
And the same base proximity mine.
Rear Mortar remains a buyable weapon.
Not gonna go into the additional weapons in this message since anti spam is out for my ass

You could buy an RPG upgrade that changes the firing angle to match the other missile cars and increases its RPGs to x30 from 20.
You can buy a double barrel explosive cannon whos fire rate and damage matches the Raiju's, with the same range and angles as the mini guns.
You get the whole variety of proximity mines to pick from like thearena war vehicles.
You get a ram at the front like the speedo with cutouts for the RPGs and the lines of code to make it function.
You can buy a roof mounted barrage cannon that fires 10 grenades in an arc which explode either on contact or after a few seconds. Short cool down in between.
You can buy a rear Quad Mortar(literalyl double the weaponized tampa) that can be charged for a higher shot against pursuing aircraft.

You can get single mortars mounted by the front wheels that are angled higher(60 degrees) and cant be charged.
A front mounted Flamethrower with a range of about 50 feet. Can be charged by waiting about 30 seconds total to launch a shorter ranged incendiary explosive blast that knocks vehicles out of the way.
Or instead of a rear quad mortar, a rear mg that matches the insurgent pick up customs stock weapon and can be aims in about a 45 degree horizontal and 60 degree vertical.

i love it for its guns(strongest bullet gun in the game i think)

I wouldnt be the most opposed to giving it a homing launcher that matched the R2K's both in tracking and capacity, but if a homing launcher became its primary focus, it looses all staying power and gets lost in the crowd of the other missile cars
