merging though at least now, afaik on console is very “situational”. Sometimes patched will have a merge for a long period of time, and sometimes the methods will be short because they were patched quickly. It also depends on whether said method will be easy or hard to do and how long it takes to setup.

Merging overall isn’t worth it and you’d have better odds in just going to “trade meets”. You can easily replicate paint jobs without difficulty outside of things that need Epsilon or “Worn-Matte”.

merging last years when tuners was out, was the easiest thing ever. Go to LSCM, start a sprint and have your mechanic open mid race while you span respawn. That got patched and never came back out.
