after that, i go again to the HSV Website, where i can see the Brightness of the Color has a Valie of 17 and also a Maximum RGB of 43 (Blue), so i go to the Spreadsheet from Down to Up looking at an ID Color that has 17 or up in Brightness and/or 43 of Maximum RGB (Depends on the situation and the Color itself), then i go to the First Non-0 Data in that order that meets that condition, in this case, the ID is 10, meaning Cast Iron Silver, that will be the Secondary

without changing the Spreadsheet, again from Down to Up (that means from Darker to Brighter) i will look at the First Non-0 Data that is also a Rim Color and also is not Monochrome (Having a Difference of 5 or Less Units from each RGB Channel from smallest to largest makes the Color considered as Monochrome/Black and White Color Range) (GTA Online Color Limitations don't allow unselected Rim Colors in PC, otherwise i would always use Black, ), in this case, going painfully upwards (that means the fucking rim will be bright, ) the ID is 87, meaning Worn Baby Blue, that is a Rim Color

Interior Color is Based on the Closest Color that has 127 or Close max RGB Channel Value that is not pure (For example, Torino Red, Lime Green and Ultra Blue are discarded for being pure, i don't like Pure Interiors, ) in that case i choose ID 105 that has a Difference of 17 (127-110=17) that is Sandy Brown, that is also Capable to be used in Interiors (ID 106 Bleached Brown is also Usable, but its Difference against Sandy Brown is its max RGB Channel Value, with a Value of 153, the Difference against 127 is bigger than Sandy Brown (153-127=26, 26 is Bigger than 17, that means is further than 127 than Sandy Brown is))

using Black Interiors feels Boring, and White Interior mess up the car a lot no matter what

also, a secondary effect is that the Roll Cages Foam in the Bars looks realistically as IRL Foams (couldn't find a Pic about them, ), that was accidental cuz i hoped to use Gray or Silver, cream at minimum, but Grays were to neat (in the bad meaning) and Cream was too bright

but the Dial Color is always White no matter what
