for using an example, is like trying to set the "Val De Grace" Livery in the 8F Drafter, in LSC it will not appear (like the Windows with the Bikes) but you can use it if you know how (again, like you did with the windows in Xbox), when you save it, go to Story Mode and go to Online, it will never save that modification on PC, instead, the game will set the Vehicle in the previous status before that Modifications (in the case of the 8F Drafter, only affects the Livery, no the others modifications, the same with your Sovereing in the Windows)

Oracle is nice cos it's $8200 per car, but when in freemode, I always used to look for the Baller and Fellon cos they're $9000, or the Sentinel convertible or Felon GT as they're $9500 per car.

I also had a missions set up that froze time at the exact points that I needed to constantly spawn and store the sentinel XS's that sell for $15,000 - $17,000. as well as the Dubsta 2 for $25,000.

Then go to single player and use rockstar editor to set up the camera angle, etc. Press something like L3 ( can't remember exactly) to get rid of UI then take a screenshot with the share button. Do not use snapmatic as the quality is rubbish. Ensure your screenshot captures are set to .PNG rather than . JPEG. You can then download the screenshot from the PS app and either be "job done" or import into the lightroom app to get rid of the haze effect R* applies in game, etc.
