Essentially follow everything I mentioned prior and you can net 2 billion
It's a lot of planning low cost hests and investing into certain stock after spacific missions and waiting out just save Lester assassinations for after you beat the game
Low cost means nearly everyone you choose for a heist is cheap
The big score doesn't matter as long as you choose that one girl you can find in a random even to fly the helicopter as she's very good and only costs 5%
Choosing low cost crew should net you 41 million on top of what you have plus a nice payout from your 3 investments after deathwish
But as I said I only got up to 800k as Micheal because rockstars stupid online only stock that's used in 3 Lester assassinations

btw in the blitz play heist. Steve said the FIB needed the money the protagonists stole from the IAA to fight for crime. Now the money (bonds) is on Devin's hand. May I ask did Steve just lie and Steve used the money to bribe Devin?

Also is the reason why the protagonists work for the FIB is that in the jewel store heist, Michael said something that exposed himself as one of the robber to the FIB. Yet Michael was supposed to be taken down by Dave 9 yrs ago. Steve, the superior of Dave, found this suspicious and did some research on Dave. He then knew Dave was lying. First of all, reinstall GTA V if you haven't already. Reinstall Menyoo if you want to play Singleplayer. Upon entering GTA Online, you must remove ScriptHookV.dll in your game folder.
Removing ScriptHookV will make Menyoo not activate upon the loading of the game.
That's all, no need to remove Menyoo itself
Considering Menyoo requires an ASI loader, that being ScriptHookV, take away the loader and it won't load.

You don't have to worry about sharks because you'll use a submersible to go under the ocean.
A submersible is like a mini submarine.
Afaik, I never encountered sharks in that heist but even if you do, they can't do anything at you during that heist

Eh, fraps is okay, but there are better ways, you can press alt+g(I think) it will open up a screen which shows everything about your cpu, gpu(temperature of them and their %) it will also allow you capture videos or screenshots and there is also option to show fps of the game you are playing. You could also try using MSI afterburner

I don't know exactly, but that would be more than enough to run the game smoothly, probably over 60fps maybe even 100. I don't know exactly, still, but dont worry, you will run the game very smoothly :)

- The answer is - You shouldn't rely on discounts since they're random. If you have a kosatka and want to get something then go ahead, you basically have an unlimited supply of money already. Unless you spend a lot of money (maybe 4 mill + ) on a facility or arcade when it is not on discount then you won't lose much if it goes on discount the next week. It's entirely random though so you could be waiting several weeks for a discount.

some are unlocked by doing certain things, there's a stranger and freaks mission called scarlet in vinewood i think which is unlocked by gathering all 50 letter fragments
