Under "stats" in the pause menu there is like a pie chart which gives some indication as to what you need to complete. On your in-game phone there is also a checklist of available missions, pastimes and hobbies although I'm not sure if that list includes stuff you've already done. I also believe r*'s website shows some info on completion

After that, the stock market pretty much behaves like a stock market irl where some values go up and you sell, and some values go down. It's pretty much all random chance but as you've mentioned you can make a small profit and thats about it

• use a save file that hasn't purchased the taxi biz, purchase it and pray,
• phone to sleep mode and back,

• advance time Monday to Monday to "refresh" the job mission opportunities.

This is the only trophy I have left for platinum (Complete a Private Fare) so yeah, pulling out my hair on this one. TIA!

Hello and welcome what is hopefully my final attempt at completing GTA 5 without taking any damage. I have a max HP of 1 so any damage from any source will immediately kill me. I also want this to be a no-hit run, so Trevor's special ability is disabled. Because while it prevents you from taking damage, it does not prevent you from being hit by things. I have successfully completed every single mission without taking any damage. I should have yet to do it all in one go. My current personal best for an entire run is one bit of damage and therefore one death. Obviously very close to a perfect run, so I'm hoping this time I'll get an actual perfect run and avoid all damage entirely.

You will need to complete the first one before you will be able to progress through the story so only do that one. The other requirement is that you do the big score heist before doing the lester missions. So basically, you need to beat the game before doing this.

It works the same way as in real life, but in gta the assassination missions influence the stock prices, so you know what to invest in before and after certain missions. Online guides will tell you what to invest in, when (before or after a mission) to buy and when to sell. Also (as with pretty much anything) you have to invest everything to get the biggest reward.

like for the multi target assassination you have to invest in debonaire before the mission, then after the mission you sell your debonaire shares and buy redwood shares (which will be dirt cheap) and then sell the redwood shares when they recover

which approach did you take for the heist cuz you might need to do a cargobob setup if you chose the offshore approach

otherwise i think there's a "mission" in south east LS where you meet steve to start the buildup for blitz play and that might be stopping you from doing the heist

anyone here have knowledge of editing the game's code? i'm trying to modify the lazer/hydra cannon to not be explosive but i can't figure out how

i tried changing the <DamageType> tag from explosive to bullet and changed the explosion from grenade to none ("dontcare") but it hasn't changed anything when i load the game

that's for the VEHICLE_WEAPON_PLAYER_LAZER which is the cannon the lazer and hydra use

i also tried giving both the hydra and lazer barrage missiles rather than homing and it worked for the hydra but not the lazer
