If you can, try this: download the early patch of gta, forgot which one but one of the earlier game versions. In those the stock websites are broken as hell, I, in an hour or so made 2bil for all 3 characters (which iirc is the max limit of money You can have)

in story mode your personal vehicle is always the same so no. If you buy a car and it is destroyed/despawns then it will remain (permanently available to be returned) in the impound and can be retrieved by a $250 payment iirc
