this answer depends, you're using PC GTA so it supports Nvidia DLSS AI, if your GPU aint up to date, then the game rejects it.

Oh no, if your game is dead on arrival, it narrows down the list of issues to them very quickly, however, if you ever did something really strange and funky to your computer or game's files or software, then you should come clean to them so they can still try to help you

every heist you do requires a few set ups, most are mandatory but some heist preps are optional but massively help

Heists are usually multiple "set up" missions where you acquire the special vehicles, weapons, or data needed for the heist, the actual heist is called the "Finale" and is usually the most complex of these missions, it is also the only important one as it's the one that's giving you the money you're looking for

The problem I was having was the game was showing me endless loading scenes and never getting to the main menu. What finally worked was setting in Windows for my laptop to not use the GPU for the game (though it actually was using it once the game was running). So counter-intuitive.

So, unless things have changed, the loot is not set when you pay the setup fee (except for the very first run and first run during panther statue event weeks).

do you're a decent Buzzard pilot ? If so and you play in normal difficulty, just collect the homing launcher, get in the mogul and get out again, then do EWA. Oscar take off without you, but you will spawn in a Buzzard. But the Buzzard has no missiles, only the cannon. So if you a pretty decent Buzzard pilot you will take down the Titan pretty fast.

As I said, that's only true for one's very first run (Madrazo Files) and first run during panther statue event weeks. Otherwise, how would it be possible to peek at the primary loot and then get different loot without canceling?

On console, hosts don't get paid when replay glitching, and on the Dre contract, non-hosts only get $50K (unless the glitch that lets non-hosts get the host payout still works). Why are you trying to replay glitch it? I'm only on PC, but if on console the glitch depends on disconnecting from your Internet service, then of course staying connected on Wi-Fi would ruin it.
