You need to be in lobby of 3+ players and need to be in lobby for as long duration as you can(i think minimum of 15 minutes). It spawns anywhere on map so just maybe take mk2 or deluxo and cruise around. My friend got it while we 3 were doing hanger grind in friend lobby.

grotti truismo classic/Niobe good accleration but better top speeds

the buffalo evx gets similar armor to the virtue, also has access to Imani tech, is also electric, and that one can actually have hsw upgrades applied to it

You need a keycard which one of the guard drops for side doors
