if your destination is a parking garage, it's a police ambush. every time. drive in, look for the first car with people sitting inside it parked in there (it'll be an unmarked police cruiser with cops in it), throw a sticky bomb on it, drive away, detonate sticky. then just go to a known place where you can easily lose cops. tunnels are a popular choice

I think you get something like 50% of the base value of the property + upgrades back when you trade in for a different location.

Nvm, maybe I'm wrong about the upgrades. You should be able to see the trade-in value before the final click when choosing a different location.
