on console it is quite likely that whatever they were doing was simply exploiting some bug, not hacking. You can go report them if you want but making false reports can literally get your account actioned so I wouldnt recommend it

There is an on-going bug affecting PC only where the Casino Heist will kick players after reaching the mantrap tunnel.

You can prevent yourself from being kicked by going to Settings > Graphics then set VSync to Half and enable 60Hz refresh rate. This will enable a 30fps cap which prevents the bug from happening.

Note: All players must use the following graphics settings to cap their fps to 30

You can also use apps like RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server) to setup a hotkey to cap GTA5.exe to 30fps.

Alternatively, the bug seems less likely to happen when there are more than 2 players in the heist.

After you deliver business battle goods one time, do you “have” to wait for the timer for the business battle to finish to confirm having the item, or can you simply lobby hop to end the timer?

There’s 3 of us in the lobby, so it would cause the business battle to end. Just want to be sure my hat doesn’t get revoked for session hopping after the delivery.

I’d rather not sit in the lobby for another 23 mins if I can just hop and return to it for the next free roam event to start in 15 mins (as opposed to 38 mins from now).

I'm pretty sure your first playthrough is locked on normal. You can select hard after the initial playthrough and cannot change the difficulty during the set of missions. Check the next mission you start to verify.

Only way I know of is in LS car meet, but idk if it’ll let you bring in the war stock police vehicles into it.

That and since they’re locked behind missions and the heist before you can purchase them in the first place, I doubt your friend can even buy it with the modifications you have applied to yours.

And buying from others will charge you full price regardless their car is bought with a trade price or discounted
