Hello guys, so i can text Random players through my phone but i dont receive aky messages back unless they are friends/Crew.

It says my messages go out but response.
I have texted every player in a lobby asking for a quick answer to check if it works. I did that in about 6 lobbys with atleast 15ppl inside but nothing.

I found nothing online besides a comment section in a YT video

On the Pause menue -> Online -> Text messages from other players theres only a option for None, Friends, Crew and Friends + Crew.

I already asked on reddit but everyone just told me that u can text eandom players but apparwntly i cant/cant receive messages.

Once you have the hanger setup and assign your tech, you should be good. Also, Cargo and Shipment is the 2nd longest type till it gets full so it's slow.

If you want to upgrade to the customer, you need the pickup with the gun and then either an Avenger or MoC to upgrade. Not 100% but I think you need to turn it into the customer in order to have it as a personal vehicle vs Pegasus.

You’ll be spending $5-6 mill to get the trade prices for all the other cop cars which will only save you like maybe $7-8 mill

So in reality you’re only saving $2-3 mill which isn’t worth the effort at all

They give you passive income after you build it up, a good heist for 1mil to help dre, as well as upgrdaes to get Amani vehicle tech, a weapons upgrade area so you can get snakcs and armor in the same place and a free helecopter and taxi service

I think so. I like it more as a base of operations since you can get snacks, armor, you have basically an LS Custom shop with Imani tech, 20 car garage, and spawn point. The Dre contact makes some good loot but I'm not really a fan. I rather do Cayo.

• Cayo, close when you see the envelope (Cache reset needed semi needed) (Wifi method semi allowed) there's a 3 hit loss. You must reset cache after the second cayo. If you start 3 Cayos without doing it, you'll loose it.
• Pacific, Casino, etc, have close app ready. Bring up phone and don't be driver. When landing in the final destination, when the phone goes down, close app. You have a window of 3 seconds. (Cache reset needed every time)
• to reset cache, hold L1 and R1 on the first black screen after the red bakini girl. Hold until there's a brightness alert.

You talking about the Armory? If so, I think so. They guy behind the desk sells all weapons, ammo and armor. You can do mk2 upgrades like you would do at a weapon workbench shop. There is also a gun locker where you can show/hide weapons on your weapons wheel.

I skip going to the prison bus, use my Oppressor MK2 missile lock-on to know which towers have guards, snipe the guards in the 2 neighboring towers and then go in. Or, if solo, start a new session to get the faster version of the prep.

There is an on-going bug affecting PC only where the Casino Heist will kick players after reaching the mantrap tunnel.

You can prevent yourself from being kicked by going to Settings > Graphics then set VSync to Half and enable 60Hz refresh rate. This will enable a 30fps cap which prevents the bug from happening.

Note: All players must use the following graphics settings to cap their fps to 30

You can also use apps like RTSS (RivaTuner Statistics Server) to setup a hotkey to cap GTA5.exe to 30fps.

Alternatively, the bug seems less likely to happen when there are more than 2 players in the heist.

well the locations are randomised every run so if u want to know exactly where they are then yeah you’ll have to scout it or take a picture to mark it on ur map

easier way is to just go to the airport, fill ur secondary loots bag and boat towards the drainage tunnel and grab ur primary target and leave

no need for any tools/uniform that way (other then the necessary prep tools)
