You get the new duster if you deliver it after the mission, not sure if you can buy other planes though. I think you need hangar for storage first.

Personally id say get something near the center of the city, some sales end up in sandy shores so that cheap one at the far bottom of the map isn't great imo

They’re all functionally the exact same but most sell missions are usually north side of the map, so getting a Nightclub as far north as possible is ideal.
