The specification service allows players to buy vehicles from other players at the Los Santos Car Meet (LSCM). Both players need to have an LSCM membership. To buy a vehicle, stand next to it and follow the prompt. The buyer pays base price plus upgrades. The seller gets car meet RP and does not lose the vehicle. The specification service can be turned on/off at LSCM using the interaction menu. The base price of a vehicle can be found by typing /carsearch in the #gta-vehicles channel.

Most likely they’ve seen someone you killed. Check the pinned messages in this channel, #gta-questions message shows what guards you can kill and where (in the compound at least)

If it’s the docks there are jeeps that drive around, so you think you’ve killed everyone and you run off, then the jeep rolls through and sees the bodies

Delete your \Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles folder. If that doesn't resolve it, then delete your \Documents\Rockstar Games\Social Club folder. You might have to restart your PC. If you have Cloud Saves enabled, your Story Mode progress will not be reset.

almost every casual here when you tell them to cap fps they either don't know how to do it or do it by increasing settings

so this is the easiest way to cap to 30

It’s a common bug on pc just wait for a bit for the prompt on the bottom to appear right after your entire team enters the mantrap door and it should be fine

What’s a Lester list?

If you are talking about the options like removing wanted level or canceling heist. Those come after you complete the cutscene for apartment heists. You’ll have to go to his house. It’s the L in the map. During the cutscene he tells you that you can call him. After that you will see all the options when you call. Some will be level locked and some will require you to buy properties.

Hmm, I did think it got patched because it wouldn't work when I tried it, so what I do is just grab the target and any paintings in the main office and then escape immediately

Honestly it's ass that u can't get into storage rooms properly without another player

They could make it so that if doing cayo solo they could remove the double lock system, but instead cut the value of secondary targets in the compound by however many %, make the keycard spawn on some random irrelevant guard so you have to search for it

I recon it's a good balance for solo players they can keep double keycards for anything more than solo

Yeah, it's takes an extra 2-3 min to grab secondary loot from the airstrip or elsewhere. Up to you if it's worth the time to get the elite challenge bonus and extra loot.

Basically person A hosts and gives person B 85% money and at the end person A closes the app at a certain point and gets to redo the heist and person B still receives the moneyb

None of the police cars are worth it, you won’t get your money back if you don’t like them. The only thing different about them is the ability to start dispatch missions and turning on the sirens and lights. If you just want one to do the missions just get the cheapest one. Once you start the mission you can call out and use any vehicle to complete it.

Depends, a lot of missions do not allow you to use weaponized vehicles. The vigilante is the only weaponized one that can be used on all those restricted missions.

So what’s the deal with the Tampa? For some reason I remember it not being able to lock on to targets when I used it in missions and the mines were disabled. Not sure if it was as a bug or not. But if you can drop mines and the rockets lock on then the Tampa is a better option for missions than the vigilante.

If I remember correctly every time I used it on a mission the mines were disabled and the rockets didn’t lock on. I had to use the rear mortar to defend from enemies behind me. I’ll have to give it a try again to see if everything works during missions

The fact that it has mines and rockets would make that the best vehicles for missions.

That setting only allows/stops others from hearing you. If it's off then they can't hear you but your mic can still light up in the lobby by your name if you speak and it's not muted.
