There is a trick though

If you don’t like what you scope, call Lester from inside the casino to cancel. When you exit, the mission will still complete but when you get to your arcade and you pay the fee there will be a different target on the board. If for some reason it happens to be the same, just cancel again and restart the heist. You’ll have to scope again though. But at least you get 2 chances with one run.

It’s a one time challenge that pays 12 mil.

Complete all apartment heist and preps, in hard mode, in order, with the same people, and no one can die during any of them. Dying means you have to restart from the beginning.

Technically it’s only 10 mil but if you do the all in order challenge and the loyalty challenge at the same time, it’s 12 mil.

Plus once you complete it you can get a “criminal mastermind” role in this server. Only the best of the best have that role.

You should get a message in-game to take the car you ordered it on to los Santos customs to process the order. Drive into Los Santos. Customers and you'll get a prompt.

Should be near instant if you're in game. No more than a few minutes. If you don't get it, I'd suggest cancelling and changing the car you order it on. I'd suggest a car in one of your original garages (eclipse I found is best) and make sure the car isn't "modded". F1 tires, bennys, green tint windows etc. a base normal car has the best chances. Then the plate will be on your list in lsc, then just add to the car you want in LSC.

Ordering plates on modded cars might remove green tints etc. some cars also simply just have issues.
