The only reason I bought the MC businesses is to plug them into the night club. They just accumulate in the background while running Cayo, Diamond, or VIP contract. Combine that with Yohan's source missions and the popularity stuff, and you can easily fill the cooldown period.

kosatka is the absolute fastest to get money, but i'd buy that with a sparrow as well (4m total), i'd go in #pc-l｜cayo-perico-lfg and ask to join someone's game, even 15% cut is about 400k

that is if you want to get ''boosted'' with your first few millions (nothing wrong with that), otherwise there are activities that you can do daily that give you 50k to 100k each, such as ammo delivery from the bunker (which is free to claim, and you can do 50k each 48m IRL)
