Depends on what u mean by special ability. Hydra has a hover mode like the raiju, albeit less agile, but it also has a speed glitch with it.

Raiju has a toggle stealth mode which is unique to a jet

Level 2 card isn't mandatory but it's a must to save time. Reinforced same. Boring machine also save time, but the elite challenge is hard to get with it
