Ideally once you get to the fullest part, your free one will be cycled constantly
So you have a bunch of properties worth 550k, you can cycle the free one with ahk enabled and then reset it in story mode, keep repeating it, the property doesn't matter so long as the value is 550k, you can just replace it with the cheapest and free apartment since you have to cycle the two off
