Its a heavily armored truck and trailer that is fast
The phantom custom can be used to accelerate some missions that can use transport trailers on sale missions or other missions
The MOC inside can be modified with 3 different bays (best is command center and bay 2 being weapon and vehicle workshop)
It has an mk2 workbench + a special vehicle and weaponized vehicle workshop inside it, as well as being able to have 3 turrets on the inside, seems pretty simple
