It's still useful vehicle in my opinion. I just wish they didn't have to nerf the speed in the missiles because the missiles were great for setups like Duggan shipments. Because you would be able to almost guarantee a hit with almost every target unlike after the nerf. Now after the nerve the chance of hitting the target is lower and you could potentially run out before ending it since that setup is timed you could potentially not get all the targets if you try to change vehicles or something

the original statement is a bit strange since its not the scoops that get the nightclub vehicles stuck, its the grenade launcher / Sam turret ( ) that get it stuck, but you won't have issues with it on the acid lab
