Tuesdays are always DLC updates, so basically for instance this update is going to skip weekly updates for thursday on the 4th and the 11th, and the 9th will hold our weekly update all the way until the 18th with whatever the content is for that weekly benefit and the DLC content as well

The vigilante is mainly used for missions / heist preps for the most part so outside of that if you do mainly free-roam activities, better off with another vehicle

Single player or not, if you talk about a mod here this is gta-online chat, single player mods have little to no affect here so theres not really a point in mentioning it unless it directly affects online, and you can also use that in online as well so this still applies

you have little to lose as you get a career builder when you load enhanced with a new character so I would heavily suggest moving up if you want to, theres basically no downsides to enhanced outside of text chat (Which does exist through phones for now) but outside of that I'd do it if your hardware doesn't bind you to legacy

They are not, the only "kind of" integration there is, involves 2 instances, involving 3 cars being the d10 and the faction in a few areas around the map where they can spawn in with npc's, or without npc's, or obviously the other case being vincent in the final cutscene of cluckin bell (first run) where he uses a gauntlet to ride off after the completion of the mission
