Nightshark = not the best really, but can take a lot of rockets (don't get the window-covering armor plating, it does nothing but prevent you from being able to shoot)
Toreador = boost, very good missiles, can tank some rockets but no bullets, can drive underwater if you need that

Well, have you gotten into the newish businesses like money fronts as well, they give a bonus on your other businesses being 35% for cash, 35% for weed, and 10% sell bonuses for hangar cargo (for each respective business being car wash, smoke on the water (weed), and the helitours business)

So for the minimum criteria for this week are divided into 2 priorities

1. Highest : u need to do this much minimum even if you r very tired or somehow find a way to come
   Terrorbyte, avenger, garment factory, hangar, avenger upgrades like all turrets, missiles , thruster, etc., operational terminal,etc
   From gun van: up atomizer (useful to prevent loss of millions in sale missions by unstucking yourself and vehicle)

This much will take 4hrs atleast.
Also do fib priority mission which pays 1.2 mil in your solo time

2. High : these are important too but u can be relaxed a little about it
   3 race in 3 days in row for free car
   Raiju plane(it has vtol mode to make it easier to land, its fastest vehicle in game, has stealth mode to evade cops and also to remove your blip from Map to prevent other players to kill you), toreador, eclipse blvd garage (50 car garage), car wash for passive income,
   From gun van : compact emp launcher (stops vehicles so u can steal them), useful in missions where y have to steel moving vehicles.
   Railgun: nice explosive artillery to have

Now others which dont fall in minimum criteria but still useful to utilities potential.

Nightclub equipment upgrade, High end apartments, hydra, buffalo stx (imani vehicle means explosive resistance, lock on jammer, those these upgrades require agency , but also one of the best muscle car)
