One of my members noticed that they hadn't received the next role reward despite passing the required level. I've checked my settings but I can't see anything awry. Is there something that could interfere with role rewards? Or perhaps ProBot was down at the time they were supposed to receive their next role?

first of all they must reach the both of the required levels (text and voice) ..
if they have already reached the required level ask them to send a few messages in your server's public chat ( the utility section on the dashboard must be enabled )

They have reached the required level for text (voice set to zero) and they have sent many messages in the public channels. Can confirm that levelling has been enabled on ProBot's dashboard.
