Problem description:

1. ProBot is present in my server members list but shows offline and does not respond to commands.
2. Even after kicking and re-inviting the bot, the status remains offline.
3. I tried logging in with a different Discord account, but the server still appears in my ProBot dashboard.
4. I have confirmed that permissions are set correctly (Administrator role given, role above all others, and access to at least one channel).
5. I also changed the server name, but the dashboard still shows the old name.

This issue does not occur on other servers where ProBot is installed; it works normally elsewhere.

Could you please investigate this server and help resolve the issue? I want ProBot to be fully functional and properly synced with the dashboard.

Good morning, I've been trying to add Probot to my Discord server since last night, but it doesn't appear online or work. This is happening on one specific server; on others, it works normally. It has the same attributes as the server that works, however, it doesn't appear online, and I can't use it. Every time I try to access the account on the probot.io website, it says I need to connect to Discord, but I've done that countless times already and it doesn't work.

The difference between the server that doesn't work and the server that does is that the first one has few people and is a new server.

Self-Assignable Roles doesn't seem to be able to give roles in Reaction mode, in either Toggle or Give mode.

I wanted to switch to Reaction since the Select Menu doesn't save the selections when Discord is reloaded. But seems it's not able to give roles.

Additional thing I noticed when testing this is that when Notify is enabled, it behaves differently for Select Menu and Reaction. Where Select menu sends messages in the same channel as the Select Menu, and Reaction sends DMs. Don't know if that's intentional, but it would be good to be able to choose. Can make a Suggestion post about that if it's currently as intended.
